We offer VIZ - an integrated and interactive data visualization tool - in order to compile data from multiple databases and data sources enabling superior overview. Results are visualized with graphs, diagrams and multivariate statistical methods such as principal component analysis (PCA). We either offer safe, scalable and flexible data storage possibilities, or no data storage at all, only data processing in the web browser with high performance.
Our MedReD App is used for eQuestionnaire data collection. RaS is our App specified on PROMs (Patient Reported Outcome Measures). RaS contains, but is not limited to, WHODAS 2.0, EQ-5D, QoR-15 and OKS. Both apps are 100% customizable with superior ease of use. We are utilizing the most advanced modern data technology enabling compatibility with all mobile devices using iOS, Android, Windows. We have the possibility to add seamless connectivity with various types of internal or external systems facilitating instant delivery of e-reports to stakeholders to name an example. The apps are of course developed in your language of choice.
Both a desktop, and a mobile application for data collection, BAM is to our knowledge the first LIMS for biobanks ever to be released in app format. BAM is a cloud-based, platform independent (iOS, Android and Windows) LIMS application for Biobanks worldwide ideal for smaller biobanks and for sample and patient management in clinical studies. BAM utilizes smartphone and tablet devices' capabilities such as barcode scanning (1D and 2D) and GPS/location services. BAM is available on App Store and Google Play and will come in two versions; Lite and Standard. BAM Lite includes logging and storing samples and their aliquots in given freezer positions according to the real-life freezer structure created by the user, search functionality etc. BAM Standard, a more advanced version, is under development and will include additional features such as sorting samples into "projects" and provide a basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with the ability to link the samples to patients/sample donors as well as printing sample reports.
BAM is a subscription-based application, including a free trial period of 20 days per group. An administrator creates an account for a biobank (a ”group”). Subsequent users are enrolling by signing up to that existing group. After 20 days you will recieve an email from VizzDAT asking if you wnat to continue or stop using BAM.
AI with its ability to analyze complex data sets is currently revoluzioniing the world. In logistics, AI increases the efficiency of companies through predictable forecasts for capacity planning and demand. When it comes to healthcare, AI is predicted to become a pre-requisite for future healthcare, e.g. in disease prevention and early detection. We combine these two fields in our services and offer:

Jan-Eric is renowned for his expertise in biobanking and leadership in large-scale projects. He has been involved in several large EU projects in medicine including the BiobankCloud – Scalable, Secure Storage of Biobank Data and was the Director General of EUs largest infrastructure in Health; BBMRI-ERIC 2014-2017. Prof. Litton was the co-director for the Swedish LifeGene initiative at Karolinska Institutet.

Loreana has an MSc in Molecular Biotechnology from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden and has spent more than ten years working within the biobank field at Karolinska Institutet (KI). Her strenghts include client management, business development, sample handling and IT. Her background also includes working internationally as a technical consultant for one of the world's leading LIMS companies.

Jesper has a PhD in BioPhysics from Stockholm University and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden. He has spent over ten years within the pharmaceutical- and biobank-field as a scientist, system developer and project leader. He possesses great experience in data analysis and visualisation as well as system development and architecture aimed for research and sample data collection.
José has an MSc in Mathematics from Stockholm University and an MSc in Medical Informatics from Karolinska Institutet (KI). He has spent over ten years within the biobank field and medical research as a data scientist, system developer and SCRUM master at Karolinska Institutet. He has a great experience in data analysis, biostatistics, analysis and modelling of dynamic mathematical models in systems biology and system development
Niklas has an MSc in Bioinformatics Engineering from Uppsala university, Sweden. He has spent ten years working as a software engineer both in the biobank field and the private sector. He has experience in designing and building robust, high-performance applications for both businesses, public sector and the consumer market in the role as developer, tech lead and SCRUM master.
Has profound expertise in the realm of data sciences, including machine learning and neural networks. He has leveraged advanced analytics and predictive modelling to drive data-driven insights during the last 40 years. He has extensive experience in developing new medicines, in the context of big pharma and as a CMC consultant to biotech companies. Additionally, he has hands-on experience in founding or co-founding and management of these founded life science companies.

The VizzDAT mobile applications are developed as a support tool for dedicated research groups and require user registration either with a valid email address or a valid user id which is only used for identification in the systems. Other registration information such as name and country residence of associated organization is optional and is not used in the system or passed to any third party. User actions such as moving logistic units or storing samples are logged automatically for system security reasons. Collected data (e.g. logistic data or survey responses) is handled by corresponding research group. Stored data is never shared with any other partner than the registrated research group. The applications do not collect mobile device information such as IP addresses, geo location data or device ID. Stored data can be discussed and removed either by direct contact with the designated research group or contact mediated by VizzDAT via email@example.com All data handling is compliant with GDPR regulations.
